Rossi Ingegneria Alimentare reduces greenhouse gases emissions in Spain!

Alimentos Españoles ALSAT S.L. has approved an important investment to reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gases emissions using Rossi’s innovative technology.

The THOR MVR pre-concentrator will be installed and operational for the 2024 tomato harvest, reducing steam consumption and CO2 emissions by up to 40%, and processing various tomato products (with different sieves) to obtain different outlet brix , at the same time.

ALSAT will benefit from higher efficiency, greater competitiveness and more sustainable performance, contributing to a cleaner supply chain.
