ELETTRA is a newly developed evaporator, completely electrically powered and capable of processing any tomato juice up to a concentration of 38 °Bx. ELETTRA can produce refined and rustic purée, strained juice, pizza sauce, and double and triple hot and cold break tomato concentrate.
Thanks to its innovative design with pre-engineered modules, ELETTRA can integrate the following technologies into a single evaporation system:
• A variety of product circulation technologies, i.e. falling film, hybrid and forced circulation. •Various types of compression: single fan for low brix and double fan for high brix concentrations.
This modular design makes it possible to create the ideal solution for each client's needs, depending on processing throughput and the type of finished product. ELETTRA is a highly efficient, totally mechanical system which greatly reduces power consumption and the cost of handling emissions. In addition, it integrates all stages of processing into a single plant for a rapid return on investment.
